Awesome customer service as well as the best food . You feel as if you have walked in to dine with family.

Just ok! Nothing special by any means! Definitely not my favorite place to eat. Much rather go west up I22 about three or four miles to "Grill22" at the Holiday Inn! They know how to cook!

Hand cut steaks fresh shrimp and good prices added with family owned southern hospitality!!! A++

Very nice, good service. We really enjoyed it.

Service was good and prompt. Food was cooked as we specified, medium and medium rare. Price was comparable to most steakhouses now. The service and speed made it worth it.

The salad bar was awesome. It was fresh and had good items to choose from. Denise makes a marvelous salad bar. Our waitress Jan, she was so nice and our glasses were never empty. She was a real nice lady. The hostess JoAnn was so sweet and helpful. I will be going again!!!!! I gave it a 5 plus rating!

Wait was longer than expected, but the food was well worth the wait. Brunswick stew, steak, catfish and shrimp were just right.

It's a local restaurant lived here my whole life but never been, food was decent will order my steak without marinade next time. 😂

Very long wait after ordering. Food was below average in taste. Very limited options of sides. Atmosphere was so so in that there are uncomfortable chairs and simple tables in a boring room. No music, no tv to abide the wait. There were insect flies bad enough that we covered our drinking cups with the paper napkins. Two dinners with drinks costs $24.I deem this dining experience completely average to the local competition.

Great food. Steak tender and very tasty. Nice variety on the salad bar. Friday special was steak and shrimp. Nice size steak and great shrimp. $16.95

I had pork chops & a baked sweet potato. It was wonderful. Had to wait a little while for the food but that can happen anywhere.

Mentioned wanting a good steak for Valentine dinner. Someone said you want a good steak go to Yampertown. Ok 40 miles from Jasper. We ordered steaks, baked potato and coleslaw. My steak ordered medium, my wife medium rare. Both cooked the same medium. My steak was so thin I thought it was Mongolian beef.Flavor was good I just want a mans steak My potato. Well the ultimate sin. My potato was old. Man that's the worst you can do to a customer. They knew we were first timers too. Coleslaw was good. But the $54 we spent made the 40 miles home un happy. Very disappointed. We never complained. Waitress was very nice and got a generous tip. She didn't cook it.

I would say that this is your average small town steakhouse. Nothing extraordinary. The service was good and the food was decent. The complaint that I have is that I ordered my steak medium rare and received a steak that was medium in some places and blue rare in others. For the $70 I spent I would have guessed that the steaks (plural) would have been cooked the way they were ordered. Flavor was good though.

Great place, the food is excellent. The staff is very nice. The prices are very good. It is a great mom and pop restaurant, for you to eat with family.

Local southern style restaurant located a few mintues off I-22. I love their chicken fingers and sweet potato fries. They have a good salad bar.

The steak was raw the shrimp was tough the salad bar was not good and we waited forever to get a lousy meal

Not very good overall. We ate here one evening and were pretty disappointed with the choices and the preparation. We had a 'typical' order - steak with m'rooms and gravy, butter beans, mashed 'taters, tea. Not 'bad' but not very flavorful or anything worth having again.
